The instrument has its extremities designed to obtain the desired effect with simple application of force against the adjacent tooth. The slot (1) in the convex surface (2) produces a resin wall that once polymerized forms the contact point. Contact + Gold is presented in a kit with two instruments, one for small cavities (S) and the other for large cavities (L). Each instrument has a mesial (3) and a distal (4) tip.</p>
