Laser measurement cutting test and strength test for each lot are performed. All products comply with our own standards which are far more strict than ISO standards.&nbsp;
 
Before using MANI DIA-BURS, please see the instruction as indicated below :&nbsp;
●For dental use only. ●Non-sterile. ●Insert the shank into the handpiece according to the instruction of the handpiece manufacturer.Insertion should be the full length.● Before use, run the instruments to make sure there is no descentering. If the instruments become bent, be sure to remove them from any further use. ●Please always use spray. A Plentiful water supply is necessary to maintain long-lived performance and also to prevent loading and pulpitis. ●Handle with care not to put excessive load. Pressure should be 20 to 50p for all instruments with diameter up to 023. ●Use below max. allowable r.p.m. of each instrument, see chart above, to avoid a possibility of being injured due to breakage.●Avoid levering, tilting, twisting and jamming motion. Do not work with a pulling motion. ●Wear a safety glasses and/or facemask to protect from being injured. ● Practicable for using auto-clave. Do not use high pressure steam sterilizer which heats more than 200℃ including drying process. ●After using, follow appropriate treatment as the medical waste.

1) BR-12:&nbsp;
For the edge of the gingival too removing the depth of 0.3-0.5mm and extend to the collar near the distal and cutting edge. (Window)
 
2) EX-56:&nbsp;
Removing labial surface depth 0.3mm instructions ditch.
 
3) EX-57:&nbsp;
Removing labial surface depth 0.5mm instructions ditch.
 
4) EX-58:&nbsp;
The longest diamond bur is 1.5mm, for cut end located, but tand encasement mode. It is easy to control.
 
5) TR-32:&nbsp;
Main diamond burs, reduce the remaining tooth structure, prepare cut end removing 0.5-1.0mm (butt mode) removing 0.5-0.8mm shoulder for surrounding the lingual portion of the tooth.
 
6) SO-20:&nbsp;
The diamond burs extend to the collar near the distal, removing labial surface 0.5-0.7mm, removal undercuts and trimming interproximal. Please don't destruct interproximal contact point.
 
7) TR-D36F:&nbsp;
Finishing every ends, removing sharp line angle for preparation and no angle shoulder.
 
8) SH 3414:&nbsp;
Use slow bent nose to polish axial plane, Maxillo-facial. (Use water to polish under the undr vital pulp, to prevent the heat stimulate tooth nerve.)
